No Refunds for Digital Products Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and the work required for customization, we do not offer refunds once the final product has been delivered to your email or via download link.
Product Corrections We want you to love your invitation! If there is an error in the final video (e.g., a typo made by us), we offer one free correction. Please contact us at su*****@********ra.com within 7 days of delivery to request your correction.
Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges for digital products once the design process has begun. However, if you realized you selected the wrong template, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of purchase). If work has not yet started, we will be happy to switch your order to a product of the same cost.
Cancellation Policy You may request a cancellation for a full refund only if the work on your custom video has not yet started. Once you receive a confirmation that your order is “In Progress,” cancellations are no longer possible.
